Agreement Form

Before booking your session please review the following policies so we can avoid any miscommunication. If you have any questions feel free to ask!  Once I receive your booking form and this form I will send you an invoice and you will be able to pay your fee online. 


Payment of Session: *
Your payment is due no later that at the time of the session. Once this form is complete I will send you an invoice for your full payment which you can pay online. You must pay $20 as downpayment, but you can choose to pay in full then*. Your downpayment is what secures your spot for your session. You can choose to pay the rest in cash or by check at the time of your session if you would like. *Except Breakouts - Breakout group fees must be paid in full to secure spot.
Late Fees *
If you do not pay for your session in full at the time of your session you have one week to complete your payment. I will not start editing your pictures until I receive your payment in full. After the first week, each additional week you fail to pay your fee will add $10 to your total payment.
Cancellation Fees *
If you choose to cancel your session prior to two weeks from your scheduled session, your downpayment fee of $20 will not be returned. If you paid in full - your total minus $20 will be refunded.
Rescheduling *
If something comes up and you need to reschedule your session within two weeks of your previously scheduled session the rescheduling fee is $20. If I choose to reschedule the session due to weather or some other issue you will not need to pay the fee.
Social Media Use *
Once you receive your photos you are free to use them online on any social media site. I just ask that you give credit to us by mentioning @Off_The_Frame and tagging us in your picture. Cropping or using filters is violating copyright and you are not allowed to do so.
